2710 is almost a year old.
Its true. On July 1st, we’d of lived in or been a part of this house for a year. I believe it calls for a celebration. Plan now! July 4th would be a fitting date, given that it is a Saturday and also a holiday.

Some important notes about the coming day...
1. Sydni and Jeff start school.
2. Will turns 22.
3. The house gets a new stove.
4. Jeff is bringing the coffee machine up from the basement so that Sydni will not have to pay for coffee, ever again. Yay!
If there is anything else amazing about the coming day, make a note.
